Pets: One dog - Shavano 14 years old, was my faithful training partner back in her younger days.

Favorite Keith excuse for a sucky race: "I haven't recovered from trying to pace Fish at Hardrock yet."

Craziest place you ever took a dump while on a run: In the bushes about 20 yards from the starting line of Wasatch 100 with less than a minute to go before the start of the race.

Hobbies: Watching/coaching kid's soccer, baseball, basketball, & football. Hiking & Skiing.

Favorite non-running sport: Telemark skiing

Short-term running goal: Hardrock 2008

Long-term running goal: The Colorado Trail, Mt Blanc

Ultra Pet Peeves: Tapering, 4:00am starts & trying to take a dump at 3:30 in the morning!

Years running ultras: 6 - started in 2001 at San Juan when Keith crushed me.

Number of ultras finished: 15, 5 - 100milers, 7 - 50milers, 3 - 50K's

Most memorable ultra performance and why: Hardrock, it was a great adventure. Western States & Leadville 2005, going under 20 hrs at my 2nd & 3rd 100 milers.

Favorite food/drink during an ultra: Cold greasy cheese pizza / Starbucks Double shot cans

Favorite trail: Mount Falcon

Favorite Race: Hardrock, although Leadville will always remain one of my favorites.
