Most memorable ultra performance and why: Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim.  Breath-taking beauty and proportions, and, I way overestimated myself.  I took 5 hours longer than I thought it would take...scared Elke.

Favorite food/drink during an ultra: Chia seeds, S! Caps, Clip 2...and a Coke late in the game.

Favorite trail:  Any...as long as I'm running with Elke.
