Feb 28,2008:

Feb 21,2008: "Happy B-Day John Genet big 5-Oh.
This morning was cool, but not too cold. The road was clear and High Dr was mostly dry..this made for some PR’s (All-Time).
Here are the results:

Rick H – 39:40 (started early, has new job at the First Amendment).
Ted B – 47:00 (ran steady, first to top, won $10 prize left by Anon)
Bill R – 55:30 ( was not last)
Neal O – 35:34 ( All time PR…but did not win the Pineapple…)
Paul S – 46:39 ( slacker...tired and worn out from his run on Mon where he averaged a HR of 160 for 2 hours 20 minutes.)
Rich M – 41:00 (DFL, swept the course…both up and down when he fell and left some of his skin on High Drive…called dumb-ass by Ted)
Keith G – 54:30 ( first time out in a few weeks..and it showed)
John G – 42:17 ( All Time PR after running 50K this past weekend. John waited until he turned 50 before setting a personal best..Happy Birthday John)
John – 46:59 ( also ran the 50K this past weekend)

I will update the website Thurs Morn spreadsheet with todays times and the last few weeks.

Feb 14,2008: "Happy B-Day Rick Hessek!! For all those who choose to hug their pillows this morning missed out on a great morning to run. Light snow falling with no wind. Little icy for the last mile. We were able to make it up and back down without the crazy snowplow driver chasing us down.

Paul D - XX:XX - Stopped at 3 miles .

Jan 31,2008: Cold. Snow on road…all the way up. The crazy guy driving with the plow had not scraped the road before we started. High Dr was not too bad, but some ice under the light snow…starting Temp around 10 F, however with the wind chill…much lower.
