Favorite movie: James Bond Flicks, Jack Nicholson and earlier in life, Paul Newman movies. Guess I like guy movies.

Favorite Keith excuse for a sucky race: When Keith gets to the starting line and actually starts a race: "My quads hurt...my calf hurts...my achilles hurts." The only thing that doesn't hurt is his appetite!

Craziest place you ever took a dump while on a run: Not one of my bad habits

Hobbies: reading, watching sports (pros and college), home projects.

Most memorable ultra performance and why:Old Dominion 100 - 4th in PB of 18:15. Mohican 100 -1st 100, second overall (didn't know what I was doing).
